1. Leaving it open to the Petitioners to urge the pleas raised in the present application at the appropriate stage in the trial court, the CRLMC is disposed of.

2. The interim order dated 5th September 2012 passed in the present application stands vacated. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch to immediately communicate this order to the concerned subordinate court.
