None appears for the Appellant in this Appeal of the year 1995 when called.

The suit is one for declaration of right, title and interest and recovery of possession from Defendant No.1 after demolishing the katcha thatched room. The suit being decreed, the Defendant No.1 having carried the First Appeal as the unsuccessful Defendant, has failed in that move.
