Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate produces a letter dated 16.03.2018 issued by Divisional forest Officer, Rayagada Division to the office of the Advocate General, Odisha, wherein it has been stated that order dated 12.08.2014 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack in O.A. No. 1735 (C) of 2008 has been complied with.
