1. Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client objected to inclusion of name of opposite party no.4 in final voter list, regarding election in District Athletic Association. This is because opposite party no.4 is defaulter. His client made representation dated 29th December, 2021 (annexure-2) to opposite party no.1. Said opposite party no.1 be directed to consider and dispose of the representation.

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.
