There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called.

Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned counsel appeared for the Opposite Party-Orissa Khadi Village Industries Board on behalf of Mr. B. Dash.

Learned counsel Mr. P.K. Mohanty submits that in the meanwhile, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, relying on the communication addressed to the learned counsel dated 05.11.2020 which is taken on record. Hence, it is submitted that the Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous. 5.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the Orissa Khadi Village Industries Board as noted, the Writ Petition is disposed of since the grievance of the petitioner no longer subsists.

If there is any further grievance, it shall be open to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition which shall be considered on its own merits.
