1. By the impugned order dated 10th May 2002, the appeal filed by Order No.
the present Appellants challenging the rejection by the trial court of its application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 was dismissed by the learned District Judge, Cuttack on the ground that relevant documents necessary for the hearing were not placed on record. The further time sought for by the Appellants for that purpose was refused. The sum of Rs.12,76,869/-, which was deposited in the Court was directed to released in favour of the Respondent with interest @15% per annum.
2. The said impugned order has not been stayed by this Court during the pendency of the present appeal i.e. over two decades. Having perused the impugned order of the learned District Judge, the Court is unable to find any error committed therein, which calls for interference.
3. The appeal is dismissed.
