2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 19.02.2011 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Malkangiri in C.T. Case No.69 of 2010.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2012. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called.
