Mr. Manas Ranjan Sahoo, learned counsel submits on behalf of Mr. Umesh Ch. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner does not want to press this Criminal Misc. Case and, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

Interim order dated 18th October, 2012 passed in Misc. Case No.2185 of 2012 stands vacated.
