Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client has made application (I.A. no.11492 of 2022) saying that office of Sarpanch issued letter dated 6th August, 2022, wherein it was stated, inter alia, it had been unanimously decided to allot five numbers of shop rooms to petitioners but, same could not be done by reason of pendency of the writ petition. Hence, his client has made prayer in the application, reproduced below.
"In the light of above stated circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to allow the Petitioners to withdraw the present case with a liberty to file another application if any fresh cause of action relating to the issue of arises, in the interest of justice." 2.
Ms. Pattnaik, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

Court appreciates that petitioners are likely to obtain their relief. In the circumstances, no further order is required to be made. 4.
