This Writ Petition involves a direction seeking early disposal of Misc. No. 146 of 2003 arising out of Misc. application No. 6 of 1991 pending before the learned Member, Second Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Northern Division, Sambalpur. It is unfortunate to see that instead of disposing the matter at the threshold, if possible giving suitable direction, the matter has been entertained and pending from twelve years. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has also no instruction as to what happened to such application. 2.

In the circumstance, this Court finds, the cause of action, after lapse of twelve years in the meantime, does not survive. 3.

This Writ Petition is dropped accordingly.
