Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the petitioners do not want to press this petition and, as such, they may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of charge. 3.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands disposed of being withdrawn with liberty sought for. Interim order dated 16.01.2012 passed by this Court stands vacated. 4.

A copy of this order be communicated to the Court below forthwith.
