2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 03.04.2013 passed by the learned Special C.J.M (CBI), Bhubaneswar framing the charge against him under Sections 420/511/468/471/193 IPC.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2013. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed non-prosecution.
