The Registry is directed to send back the LCR forthwith in order to enable learned trial court to take steps for early disposal of the matter."

The Petitioners have filed this Criminal Misc. Case to convert the proceeding under Section 144(2), Cr.P.C. to a proceeding under Section 145, Cr.P.C.
