It appears that on 27.10.2017, none appeared for the Petitioners and as such the following order was passed. "None appears on behalf of the petitioners in spite of repeated call. The Registry is directed to send back the LCR forthwith in order to enable learned trial court to take steps for early disposal of the matter."

Today also none appears for the Petitioners, when the matter is called.

The Petitioners have filed this Criminal Misc. Case to convert the proceeding under Section 144(2), Cr.P.C. to a proceeding under Section 145, Cr.P.C.
