1. Mr. Dayananda Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing now for Utkal University, Bhubaneswar states that on 11th July, 2023 a sum of Rs.13,49,106/- has been credited to the account of the present Applicant. He undertakes that as per the revised scale of pay applicable to the Applicant, all other retiral benefits will be quantified and paid positively to him not later than 31st October, 2023.

2. The present application will be listed on 3rd November, 2023 for compliance. All the requisite formalities, as may be communicated by the University to the Applicant not later than 7th August, 2023 and, will be complied by him within two weeks thereafter.

3. Dr. Kanhu Charan Dhir, Registrar, Utkal University appears today in person. His personal appearance is dispensed with for the time being.
