Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the BLAPL with liberty for the Petitioner to file appropriate petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., as the order of issuance of NBW and consequent rejection of bail has been challenged. 3.

Accordingly, the BLAPL is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the Petitioner. 4.

Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of the same by true xerox copy.
