This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application seeking correction of the G.R. case number, as reflected in the brief as well as in the order dated 28.01.2022. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to inadvertent oversight, the G.R. Case number has been wrongly mentioned in the bail application as '9151 of 2021' instead of '4807 of 2021. Accordingly, he prays for correction of the same in the brief as well as in the order dated 28.01.2022.

Considering the submissions made, the prayer sought for by the Petitioner is allowed. Accordingly, the G.R. case number wrongly reflected as '9151 of 2021' be corrected as '4807 of 2021', arising out of Sambalpur Mahila P.S. Case No.120 of 2021, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur. The order dated 28.01.2022 is modified to the above extent only.
