This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Since on instruction, Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that on 23.04.2022, the victim girl namely, Tapaswini Dash has been rescued and her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. has been recorded and further that on 26.04.2022, the main accused namely, Shrabana Dash has been apprehended and forwarded to the judicial custody, Mr. T. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
