This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the G.R.Case No. as prayed for in the I.A. The learned court below before giving effect to the order passed by this Court shall verify that the same arises out of Sambalpur Mahila P.S.Case No.120 of 2021. Only then Petitioner will be permitted to take advantage of such order dated 28.01.2022.

Further it is directed that the Petitioner shall surrender before the learned court below on or before 7th March, 2022, failing which the order dated 28.01.2022 shall stand vacated.
