This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 13th January, 2011 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Balliguda in S.T. No.3 of 2011 wherein charge under Section 498(A), 506, 307 and 406 of the I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been framed against them.

A report from the learned Senior Civil Judge-cum-A.S.J., Balliguda has been received which discloses that the aforesaid case has already been disposed of.

In view of the same, the CRLMC stands disposed of being infructuous.
