None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

It appears that the order dated 1st November, 2016 directing to pay the cost of Rs. 200/- (Two Hundred Only) has not yet been complied with.

The matter was listed on 31st March, 2022, on which date learned counsel for the Petitioner prayed for an adjournment. While adjourning the matter, this Court has made it clear that no further prayer for adjournment shall be entertained at the instance of the Petitioner on the next date. 5.

In that view of the matter, this Court has no other alternative than to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. 6.
