This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Perused the office note and it appears that "O.Ps.No.2 and 3" have been inadvertently mentioned in the Paragraph-5 of the order passed on 21.03.2022, instead of the correct description as "O.Ps.No.1 and 2".

Hence, the Paragraph-5 of the order be, accordingly, corrected and read as "O.Ps.No.1 and 2" instead of "O.Ps.No.2 and 3". Office to carry out aforesaid correction. (G. Satapathy) Judge Subhasmita
