3. For the reasons stated, the order dated 22nd July 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3700 of 2014 is recalled and CRLMC No.3700 of 2014 is restored to file.

5. The present application is restored by an order passed today in I.A. No.1898 of 2022.

6. Permitting the Petitioner to urge all the pleas raised in the present application at the appropriate stage in the trial court, the CRLMC is disposed of.
