1. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. Learned counsel for the State is directed to obtain the up-to-date case diary along with the criminal antecedent in respect to the present Petitioner by the next date.

3. As an interim measure, it is directed that the Petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with Khurda Sadar PS Case No.313 of 2022 corresponding to GR Case No.2129 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Khurda till the next date.

4. List this matter on 13th February, 2023.
