ORDER

1. In respect of the same Petitioner-Company, an order was passed on 24th February, 2020 in W.P.(C) No.4980 of 2018 as regards an assessment order for the period from 1st April, 2010 to 31st March, 2015 under the Odisha Entry Tax Act, 1999 (OET Act).

2. The said order notes that the Petitioner is already under liquidation before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) by an order dated 3rd February, 2020 of the said NCLT.

3. The Court is now informed that the resolution process has concluded and the dues of the Department have already been settled thereunder.
