The Writ Application involves initiation of a certificate proceeding and some cause of action through the order dated 21.8.1999. This Court is of the opinion that once a certificate case is initiated, the Petitioner has the clear remedy of filing denying liability application. Secondly, in the event any order is already there involved, it is appealable. In the circumstance, this Court finds, the Writ Petition is not entertainable and stands dismissed.
