Both the counsel on contest submit they have concrete information of pendency of both the Writ Petitions required to be listed along with similar cases such as W.P.(C) No.12556 of 2005 & W.P.(C) No.12645 of 2005.

Undisputedly implementation of impugned order at Annexure1 is dependant on the ultimate outcome in W.P.(C) No.12556 of 2005 & W.P.(C) No.12645 of 2005. Considering admission of both the learned Senior Counsel that above two proceedings are still pending adjudication, this Court finds, there should not have been independent Writ Petition involving such cause of action except bringing such cause of action by way of amendment to the Writ for interim direction purpose by way of amendment in the pending Writ Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of however there shall be no coercive action involving Annexure-1 and future action, if any, shall
