1. In the counter affidavit filed it is inter alia stated in para-6 that Order No.

'till now the question in land i.e. Plot No.1489 under Khata No. 1426 has not yet been alienated in favour of the Requisition Department as the proposal has not been accepted by the SubCollector, Sadar, Cuttack on the ground that the kisam of the land being rasta is not legible and to find out another legible spot."

2. In view of the above clarification, no directions are called for in the present petition.

3. The writ petition is disposed of.
