This matter was extensively heard on 28.06.2022 and there has Order No.
been already certain observation in the manner of dealing with the disputes involved herein. Taking forward from the observations already there, this Court records the request of learned counsel for the petitioner for at least providing two months time to vacate the disputed premises. This Court finds the dispute area already involved in a State of Smart Bus Stand making a day time loss even may land in extra expenditure by way of influencing in the contractual price. In the circumstance and looking to the position and possession of the petitioner, further for urgent requirement of land involved by the opposite party-Corporation, this Court directs the petitioner to vacate the disputed premises at least within a period of one month hence.
Other issues, if any, raised shall be decided in appropriate mechanism and cannot obstruct the clearance of site on expiry of one month .
