In compliance of the order dated 10.08.2022, Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Additional Government Advocate produces the letter dated 15.09.2022 issued by the Block Development Officer, Naktideul to the C.D.O.-Cum-E.O., Zilla parisad, Sambalpur, before this Court, wherein it is stated that the dues of the petitioner has been settled amicable and he has received his full and final settlement dues in respect of the work G.P. building at Salebhata. The voucher and Xerox copy of the Cheque bearing No.02015016 dated 15.09.2022 of Sanjay Hembram, J.E. of the office of Block Development Officer, Naktideul is annexed with the said letter. The same be kept on record.
