Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail. 4.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the Petitioner, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara in G.R.Case No.2680 of 2021 arising out of Nikirei P.S.Case No.218 of 2021, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned S.D.J.M. may deem just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
