This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the G.R. Case No.434 of 2010, arising out of Jatni P.S. Case No.83 of 2010, pending in the Court of J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the case has been closed as mistake of fact.

In view of such submission, the prayer in this case has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands disposed of being infructuous.
