Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.
2.
There has been lot of discrepancies involving this writ petition pending since 1999. Mr.Prusty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners expresses his inability to proceed further for no instruction provided to him in spite of letters sent through registered post with A.D. In support of his contention, learned counsel for the petitioners files a memo to that effect in Court today be kept on record. Considering that the counsel for the petitioners is helpless for no instruction from the petitioners, the mater stands dismissed for no instruction. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Sks
