1. Mr. S.S. Das, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 5th October 2012, passed by this Court, the Petitioner was permitted to present its research papers before the Appraisal Committee. Hence, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies if any cause of action survives.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
