Heard Mr. S.N. Mishra-4, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

Prayer in the present petition is for quashing entire criminal proceeding in respect of present Petitioner in G.R. Case No.1322 of 2020, arising out of Tihidi P.S. Case No.270 of 2020 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak.

Since from the recitals of the F.I.R., a clear case is made out against the present Petitioner for the offences alleged, I do not find any merit in the prayer of the Petitioner to quash the proceeding. 4.

The CRLMC is dismissed.
