Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Undisputedly the Writ Petition was filed in the year 2007 seeking some directions to the competent authority. Though this Writ Petition was filed in the year 2007 and notice was issued in 2011 but the requisites for issuance of such notice is filed in 2022. Unfortunately, there is no filing of requisites for issuance of notice till 2022.

This Court finds, there is passing of ten years from the date of direction of this Court for issuing of notice. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain such dispute at a belated stage. 4.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed for the Petitioner not showing interest in appropriate time.
