This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with an F.I.R. likely to be lodged at the instance of the informant and as such the present anticipatory bail application has been filed seeking prearrest bail. Further by an order dated 28.01.2022, this Court had directed the police not to arrest the petitioner. 3.
It is submitted by leaned counsel for the petitioner that till date, no F.I.R. has been registered by the police even after expiry of seven months from the date of filing of this bail application. 4.
In such view of the matter, the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.
5.
It is open for the petitioner to approach a competent court at an appropriate time in the event any F.I.R. is lodged against the petitioner.
