This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Writ Petition is filed making an allegation of Mike announcement for eviction of the Petitioner from the land where the Petitioner is earning his livelihood by maintaining a Garage. Considering the allegation of oral eviction, this Court while deprecating such eviction observes, in the event there is no eviction process initiated as of now and such exercise is undertaken involving the Petitioner, there shall be no eviction of the Petitioner without following due process of law.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in
