Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
This writ petition involves the following prayer: "Under these circumstances, the petitioner most jumble prays that the Hon'ble Cotuit may be graciously pleased to issue the RULE NISI calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why:
(i) The Opp. Parties shall not be directed to extend the benefit under Rajiv Awas Yojana (RAY) as the petitioners are eligible and entitled to get the benefit of Rajiv Awas Yojana under Annexure-4;
(ii) The Opp. Party No.5 shall not be directed to consider the representation of the petitioners under Annexure-3 series within stipulated period of time taking into consideration the recommendation of MLA, Bhubaneswar Central under Annexure-2 series;
And pass any other or further direction/directions, order/orders, reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representations at the instance of the petitioners on
the self same issue vide Annexure-3 are pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.5 to look into the grievance of the petitioners vide Annexure-3 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the recommendation made vide Anenxure-2 series within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioners. "
