This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioners by filing the certified copy of the order sheet of 1.C.C. Case No.11 of 2016 submits to dispose of the case with liberty to the petitioners to raise all those points as stated in the CRLMC application at the time of argument of the original case.

In view of the aforesaid submission, without expressing any opinion on the merit of this case, this Court dispose of the CRLMC application with liberty to the petitioners to raise all those points as available to him in this proceeding before the learned trial Court at the time of argument of this case.
