Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Writ Application involves an order involving disposal of a batch of Consolidation Revisions. Challenging Annexure-1 herein in respect of other Revisions, this Court in disposal of O.J.C. Nos.13511 & 13512 of 2000 has come to decline to entertain the relief claimed in the present Writ Application. For the opinion of this Court, for a decision already taken involving a batch of cases, there cannot be a different view. Following the decision in the aforesaid Writ Applications, this Court finds no scope to entertain the relief sought for in the present Writ Application, which is dismissed accordingly.
