None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. On the last occasion, i.e., on 5th April, 2022, Mr. B.Sahoo, learned counsel submitted that he had no instruction in the matter and prayed for some time to take instruction and file Vakalatnama. 3.

It reveals from the office note that AD from private Opposite Party No.3 has not yet received. On 20th September, 2018 none had appeared to pursue the matter.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
