It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 3071 of 2017 (Sukanti Mohapatra and Ors. V. State of Odisha and another), which has been dismissed vide order dated 07.03.2019 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the Order dated 07.03.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No. 3071 of 2017 (Sukanti Mohapatra and Ors. V. State of Odisha and another), this Writ Petition stands dismissed in terms of the said order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
