This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this case has sought for quashment of the FIR/criminal proceeding on the ground of compromise. 3.

This is a matter of the year 2014 and in spite of order dated 14.07.2017, requisites has not been filed as yet. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks for an adjournment to file requisite.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter and accordingly CRLMC is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file application challenging the proceeding at a later stage after filing of the charge-sheet along with appearance of the victim in the case. (S.
