Learned Counsel for the Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 5 makes a submission that since April, 2021 the deputation allowances of all the Petitioners have been paid and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. She files a copy of the communication dated 23.08.2021, to the said effect, made by the concerned Authority, which be kept on record.
