1. Ms. Deepali Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners points out that on the application of the Opposite Party No.2- Wife, the divorce has already been granted by the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Bhanjanagar on 7th October, 2016 in MAT Case No.01 of 2014.
2. It will be open to the Petitioner to bring this fact to the notice of the trial Court by filing an application. The petition is disposed of.
3. The interim order passed earlier is hereby vacated.
4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
