This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Writ Petition was moved seeking a direction for correction in the Reservation List for the post of Sarapanch, vide Annexure-1.

Mr.Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate on instruction submits that there has been already consideration of the representation of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-2 in the meantime. 5.
In view of such submission, this Court while disposing of the Writ Petition for having no cause of action presently observes, the outcome involving Annexure-2 shall be communicated to the Petitioner forthwith, if not communicated.
