2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.228 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. Case No.238 of 2012 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in the meantime charge sheet has been filed. Therefore, he does not want to press this petition but seeks liberty to file a fresh petition if cognizance has been taken against them and they have been proceeded with.

4. Giving such liberty to the Petitioners, this CRLMC stands disposed of.
