Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 18th June, 2008 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.204 of 2000 directing that the present Petitioner is entitled to monthly maintenance of Rs.500/- from the date of the application.

The RPFAM was filed on 8th August, 2008. Although, it was listed on 9th July, 2019 and 26th July, 2019, none had appeared for the Petitioner to pursue the matter. 5.

Hence, this Court feels that the Petitioner had lost interest in pursuing the RPFAM. Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed for non-prosecution.
