1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the petition has worked itself out and has now become infructuous. In terms of the order dated 27th April 2001, passed by this Court, a direction is issued to the Block Development Officer to disburse the amount payable to the Petitioner at the earliest and in any event not later than four weeks from today.
