Assailing the order dated 21.03.2012 passed in M.P. No.1544 (C) of 2011, arising out of O.A. No.617 (C) of 1993, by which the prayer for review of the order dated 01.12.2009 was rejected, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

As it appears, due to filing of review application at a belated stage, the tribunal was not inclined to entertain the same. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that due to delay and laches on the part of the petitioner in filing the review application beyond the limitation period prescribed, the tribunal has rightly rejected the application of the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same is hereby dismissed.
